I served in the United States Navy submarine force, where I was responsible for operating and maintaining mission-critical electrical and power systems in one of the most demanding environments in the world. On a submarine, there is no margin for error. Systems must work. Procedures must be followed. Decisions must be thoughtful. That experience shaped how I approach engineering today with precision, accountability, and a deep respect for system reliability.

After my military service, I transitioned into electrical engineering, working on commercial developments, industrial facilities, and distributed energy projects across multiple states. Over time, my work expanded into power distribution, standby generation, solar photovoltaic systems, battery energy storage, and microgrid architecture often in applications where resiliency and performance are critical.

I have led engineering teams, established design standards, and delivered projects from early concept through construction. Through that experience, I’ve learned that good engineering is not just about calculations it’s also about clarity, communication, and practical solutions that contractors can build and owners can rely on.

Flagship Engineering reflects both my technical background and my values. Clients work directly with a licensed Professional Engineer who understands power systems, field realities, and project pressures. My goal is simple: deliver well-coordinated, technically sound designs that support long-term reliability and operational confidence.

I am recently completed my MBA from the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business to strengthen the business and strategic side of infrastructure decision-making, allowing me to better support owners and developers beyond just technical design.
